Our water provides unmatched purity because we aren’t downstream from anyone, and we’re one of the highest elevation distilleries in the world, which are unique benefits in the production of our award-winning spirits.

A peppery, smoky, bite to the tongue. Derived from a 300-year-old tradition in Sonora, Bacanora is an agave-based spirit once banned for its reputed danger. This clear spirit is unaged but nuanced with a bit of heat that pairs well with cocktails or sipping neat. It's much better before death.

Created from the Sotol plant, aka the desert spoon, which grows wild across the deserts of northern Mexico and the American Southwest. Sotol is known for its uniqueness. Following the booming trend of agave spirits, including mezcal and tequila, Sotol has grown in popularity across both households and bars. The Rio Grande Sotol has a smoky nose that opens up midway through to find an earthy sweetness. Until recently legalized for sale in the U.S.
